After knowing the characteristics of a word document, we can figure out how to customize them. For those who have Word 2007 can go to the Page Layout tab in the toolbar that is multifunctional. The user can customize one of the many themes in Office, to do so must click on the arrow to the right of themes left. Next to this button, there are other concerns regarding the change in the selected theme: color theme, character and effects issues. Another customization page orientation, and there are four buttons: Margins, Orientation, Size and Columns. With the button margins can decide the size (in cm) margins, with guidance you can decide if you get a page horizontally or vertically, with dimensions decide whether to apply some standard formats of word reading various sizes (eg 13x17 cm). Finally, using the key columns you decide how many columns is the file format. We must bear in mind that the page you can decorate, so we use a few buttons to help us achieve our goal. These buttons are Watermark, color page and page edges. Watermark used to engrave a message (of a color chosen by the user) in the background. The button color page we need to define a color to the pages of this document. With page edges we can define the type of board. Clicking the last button described, you notice that you can place a border with a thickness, a color, but as an edge can also enter a plea. After choosing the options for decorations and setup, we can see our document in five ways:
