I wanted to use this holiday period to get a bit 'in shape with some nice workouts pulled.

La realta' e' stata ben diversa : dopo il 2° allenamento di neanche 10 km, il solito piedaccio ha protestato e li' si son chiusi i giochi : 1 giorno di allenamento e 3 giorni di riposo.
Per fortuna ho fatto lunghe nuotate di oltre 1 km per volta, a sfinirmi; ma per quanto riguarda l'atletica niente da fare !!!
Anche ieri ho fatto la solita mezz'oretta tranquilla ed oggi mi duole come da copione...
Prospettive immediate non ce ne sono, se non quella di provare qualche rito ancestrale di magia nera per guarire...!!
Nel frattempo auguro buone ferie per chi e' in procinto di partire, e buon rientro to those few who like me are smoothed the hot town, according to those who told me, and 'was really hellish.

Red White And Blue Leather Jacket

This simple door notes I have made some 'time ago, like the flower in the photo below, but I just rebuilt one for a customer and so I thought I'd put them all. The flower in the vase comes from the badge JMPrice I enlarged and straightened. It 's a bit difficult to cut with the shape of the tunnel but I think it's worth it.

Here are two colors, blue and pink. It would be nice to experiment with other colors! What do you think?
