Di sicuro, andando al mare delle belle sabbiature me le faro’.
Li’ vicino c’e’ una pista di atletica, per cui mi portero’ anche le chiodate… non fosse mai che ‘sto piedaccio maledetto me lo consentisse…!!

Questo comunque e’ il poco fatto in questa settimana :

- Lunedi' : 10 km circa a 4’.40” al km + 5 allunghi

- Mercoledi' : 11.5 km of hilly 4 '.57 "+ 10 extensions

- Friday' (today): only a good walk ... not to increase the pain still ...

It 's been over a year, a year full of satisfaction and frustration, intense and challenging. So when my friend volcanic Beatrice told me

This is now 'the first week in which the foot that was injured allowed me to train every day without requiring 24 hours of rest as before.
I also managed to combine, as written in previous posts, the training of Judo in the evenings of Monday 'and Wednesday' (despite the party, 'cause the boys are in the race ...).
improvements are palpable in about a month and I hope to be able to start over again to push the accelerator.
