Frigoverre Replacement Lid

Report for the period from 29/05 to 04/06: you start spingiucchiare ...


This is now 'the first week in which the foot that was injured allowed me to train every day without requiring 24 hours of rest as before.
I also managed to combine, as written in previous posts, the training of Judo in the evenings of Monday 'and Wednesday' (despite the party, 'cause the boys are in the race ...).
improvements are palpable in about a month and I hope to be able to start over again to push the accelerator.
For now I have to make do with rates and distances contained in order to avoid relapses and muscle problems, from a policy point of view workout and 'simple : The slightest feeling of fatigue or discomfort the session ends abruptly.
The consequence for now and 'fatigue and soreness resulting part injured for a few hours .. everything in 'ordinary.
E 'is well known that in the back after an injury or after a long period of inactivity' which must contain more 'that beats the path length to be made.
Until now I was therefore satisfied 'or just over half an hour' but this week I'm almost at 10 km just today .... This

Fri 04/06 - longish incremental finally for the first 10 km
